Downtown Haifa

For the past week, the doctor and I have been living in downtown Haifa in the temporary medical student dorms. On the 11th floor, our room offers a nice view of part of the city. In the following pictures and those below, you can really see how mountainous Haifa is.













While associated with the Technion, the dorms and downtown are about a 20 minute drive from campus (or nearly 45 minutes for us bus users). This, in combination with the fact that the doctor has only just secured a computer for his on campus office, has resulted in a week of the doctor working from 'home'. I have certainly enjoyed the company and also the chance to tour a different part of the city.
