Flight and Fight: An evolutionary response

Just when you think things are picking up, the jet lag monster rears its ugly head. The doctor has succeeded in repeatedly fighting off the beast, while I have not been so lucky, often finding myself staring up at the ceiling, waiting for time to pass, watching the figurative paint dry.
Rumor has it that it takes as many days as the time difference between locations. Three days down, four more to go.
